Apple is really disgusting me with this $#*(%&*( behavior. They really need to completely reevaluate their criteria and make it CRYSTAL EFFING CLEAR what IS and was IS NOT acceptable and then stand by it. None of this 'reject Google Voice because it duplicates functionality' and then 'approve the Opera web browser'. Reject an APP because it 'ridicules public figures' and then plead that the author to resubmit it once he's awarded a Pulitzer...

For the specific Mac models (like the oogles of PowerMac revisions), would it be wise to just link directly to AppleSpec instead of making our own? We already have [[PowerMac]] with links to [[PowerMac_G4]] which then links to [[PowerMac_specificModel]]. Maybe the links on the PowerMac_G4 page should be to the AppleSpec PDFs for those models?

Sanger was a racist. She also died half a century ago. Maybe if she was still alive today, she'd be pissed that PP currently employs minorities. Maybe because both me and my girlfriend are minorities and have used PP for STD testing, contraception, etc, she'd be pissed that resources were spent on us.
Who cares though because this is all beside the point. All the racial talk is just proof by obfuscation.
I love how in 2009 Planned Parenthood did 332,278 abortion and 977 adoption referrals, that's like 340 to 1

Frankly, not many guys know that there is a computer company called Apple which is the only manufacturer of iPod. It's not about making Sony lose out. Most of the people buying the single realise that either way, Sony benefits. Yes, Cowell will benefit slightly as he has shares in Sony, but he won't benefit nearly as much as he would if X Factor was number 1. I think it's just that people are fed up of X Factor dominating the charts year after year, and they want to see something new. Myself, I don't mind the RATM song, yes if it was my choice I'd have picked another, but anything is better than the cheesy manufactured pop that comes from Reality TV singing competitions.
You're missing the point. Firstly, like I said before, the Christmas no.1 is decided by what's most popular at the time! If that's X-Factor then so be it. People won't buy it if they don't like it or don't care! They buy it to support the artist, or because they do like it (exactly the same reasons that people buy any artist's music). If the song came out in the middle of August I'm willing to bet it would get similar results (minus the obvious increase in sales of all artists due to xMas presents etc.).
I don't understand why we are trying to fake the Christmas no.1! Simon Cowell is an excellent business man and he runs a very successful record label. I honestly just think you're all bitter and jealous!

Hi all,
Does anyone have experience ripping audio from a concert DVD using VLC?
Whenever I use VLC using the "Open Disc" from the File tab and choosing the "Quicktime" encapsulation and only checking the audio transcoding option to mp3 (video transcoding is unchecked) it gives me a large file with both the video and sound. I only want to extract the audio so that I can play it on my ipod. Any help?
