I prefer the wet apply method myself. Allows me to slip it around for better alignment. Avoids fingerprints (trick is to wet not only the guard...but your fingers). And no bubbles.

Thanks, I was aware of that option.
I realized dashcode needs a serious overhaul, to allow it to become a html css javascript editor.
I wouldn't say it needs a major re-do, it already does syntax highlighting.
Anyways, just start a new project. You can then view, open, and edit the individual files of the project by hitting :apple:3

Last night my family went to see the new movie MAN OF THE HOUSE and in one part of it, the cheerleaders were upstairs using an iBook. Well, on the outside case of the iBook was like some orange plastic "protector" looking thing. My mom really likes it and she has a g4 iBook, the same 14" that these cheerleaders had. If anyone has seen that movie and remembers/knows what i'm talking about please let me know so i can tell her. Thanks...

One thing you should bear in mind is that Snow Leopard Client has pretty much ALL of the server capabilities that server has. Snow Leopard server just gives you an extra suite of tools to use.
For File sharing/webserver/dns server/mail server/yada yada yada Snow leopard client is more than capable. Also yes, the Mac Mini makes a GREAT little server. Mines been running 24/7 since I got it almost a year ago, except for required updates.

I did a search and came up with no results, but I can't believe that I am the only person to have this issue.
I have a Mac Mini that I purchased new early 2010. I just notice this past weekend that my copy and paste as well as drag and drop stopped working.
I have been ripping a bunch of DVD's using handbrake, updating meta tags in Meta X, and then importing them to iTunes.
I first noticed the drag and drop when I tried to move files from a ripped folder to an imported folder after getting them successfully into iTunes. The copy and paste issue was when I was trying to populate some description fields in Meta X with information I copied from IMDB or Amazon to give a brief description of the movie. In both cases, nothing happened.
I'm not sure where to go with this. I have not called Apple Support and the nearest Apple Store is over an hour away.
Any thoughts?
BTW, I am running the current OS and all software is up to date with the current version.

In the sound preferences on audio in, does it have an audio gauge so you can check if it's reacting to input?
Here is my audio prefs with a Firewire interface, when I send it signal from my keyboard you can see it reacting, showing blue.

Hey guys,
I want to play online with my Mariokart DS game but when I try to connect it says 'No access point in range.' My wifi connection from the router is clearly on, since I'm on the internet right now on my laptop. Also, I can access the browser & nintendo DS Shop on the Nintendo DS's home screen just fine. So basically the Wifi works on the DS console, but it won't work in the game?
Have any of you had this problem? What do i do?
Thanks, all the best ♥

Did you buy it from a crack head?
Nope, I bought it on the forums for $225. Apple sent me a new one as the one I bought was having issues. I popped in the serial and bam, got the credit.

Where is the error message coming from?
Netflix?
Safari?
The Hotspot Shield?
We can help you more if you give this info.
Sorry, the error is coming from Netflix when I stream over Safari, even when I have Hotspot shield on. The weird thing is I can use my MBP and it works great.

We will probably be seeing that chip in the future imacs, and maybe powerbooks too. But they say "G4+" which means they don't have any plans to stop working with apple right away, as G# is a name that Apple gives, not motorolla. But will Apple use them all the way to 3ghz or beyond? If not how slow is moto gonna have to advance to get dropped? I am not seeing a real great processor in Apples future (If they adopt the 970 they might pull ahead eventually, but they will only be equal at the start), but Apple really needs some great product if they want to keep alive.
That PDF doesnt say anything we already know. Apple is gonna make one or two more revisions with Moto's chip on the PowerMac. The rest of Apple's lineup will continue to use them for another year or two.

Apple recently upgraded their Java VM to 1.4.2 in OS X. But there is one "catch"- it can only be accessed through WebKit. This means only Safari can use the new Java! Other browsers (like Firefox) are stuck with 1.3.1, a very old version.
Does Apple have plans to fix this? This seems like a major drawback in OS X.
I agree that it's a stupid idea on Apple's part. I think Apple should not only fix this issue, but also eliminate the whole dual Java install thing - hopefully they'll do this with Tiger and make Java 5 the ONLY Java version on Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger", accessible to all applications equally. While they're at it, QuickTime for Java needs to be fixed so that Java updates don't keep breaking it

Ooops, yeah, late 2009. My bad.
So the speed improvements are mostly theoretical for my average use, but in the end I guess we all love the feeling of a brand new iMac …
