I just came back from doc..and he charged 400 dollars (xray will cost more in next few days. Anyways, he says he need to administer Tetnus 3 times (6 months apart).
I am not sure what he will say in report (which i get in couple of days). But my question to you all is :
When Shots are given with time lag, Is 485 processed normally or RFE happens or do USCIS just wait for all shots to be completed and submission of report by doc before they process anything?

Only DTAP is needed once actually my doc said that tetnus only is sufficient but DTAP is much better. I think this doc is making it up.

We are all paying tax for years and the way USCIS works...we would get the GC only by next birth. This is very ridiculous rule.

of course used the sub labor to get 2005 EB2 priority date and moved to this employer. We filed the 140 on july 1st but some document was missing so it came back and then lawyer filed it again which reached uscis timely by 16th July 2007. I am still with the same employer since 2007 and yes unfortunately the employer is found in h1b fraud later but still havent proven guilty so not sure if company is blacklisted or not.

I suppose your pd has been current for a while now. are you stuck in name check ? do you know why your 485 approval is taking so long ? I'd say you should be getting your GC rather than the ead card.
And why does your public profile say Labor Approval Date: 05/10/2005 where as in your post you say PD is Feb 2002.
Labor filed date is Feb 2002. Thats is what called PD. Fortunately it took only 3.8 yrs to get my LC approval. Some poor souls got their LC approval in 4 yrs and 5yrs.

Hi,
Don't fret about the PERM time lines. It can take anywhere from 1 month to more than 6 months (for Fragomen clients) for PERM approvals/denials. .
Mine is rotting in Atlanta since last Nov.. courtesy Fragomen..

* Today, the Senate also passed this bill by agreeing to the House H.R. 2638 which the House paased earlier. Here is the vote count. This bill now goes to the President for his signature. The President is expected to sign all of these bills, including Consolidated Continuing Appropriation, Reauthorizations of Non-Miniter Religious Worker Special Immigration, and Conrad 30 International Medical Graduates National Interest Waiver bills before October 1, Wednesday. Otherwise, the federal government is destined to shut down and the immigration reauthorization laws will sunset and gone. The President is anticipated to sign these bills by September 30, 2008.

The USCIS is currently holding in abeyance these petitions and related EB-485 applications pending the Congressional action. Yes you should get the Visa till 2008 - once passport is near expiry - get it renewed from indian consulate and later tag both passports together.

Its going to be very hard trying to evaluate a 3 year degree to a 4 year BSCS. You can atleast talk with the person recommended by CPUwiz and see what she thinks...

LCs expire 180 days after their approval, so you have until Feb next year with this LC. However from what I know you need an approved I-140 to interfile with an existing 485 case. dont know if you can interfile an I-140 which is still pending. talk to a good immigration attorney.
